What’s included in my Tiny House ?

Our Tiny Houses are installed on remote pieces of land. They are completely sustainable and eco-friendly. Your Tiny House PARCEL includes a comfy queen-size bed complete with a duvet and pillows; a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, gas cooktop and sink; and a full bathroom with a shower and dry toilet. Inside the cabin you will find a wood heater for the cooler months, a fan for hot summer days. In the event of an emergency, our Tiny Houses are also equipped with the essentials including a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

What is included in the booking?

We will provide fresh bed linens, as well as bath towels, tea towels, eco-friendly shower gel and shampoo and basic kitchen wares to cook. Your rate also included a breakfast composed of organic granola homemade by Lichen Café, milk and local handcrafted juice.

How close can I park to my Tiny House Parcel ?

You’ll find a dedicated car park within 200 metres of each location. From there, a short walk is generally required to reach your private Tiny House. The secluded location of Parcel means it’s likely you will need to walk through some grass or dirt paths, which may even be a little muddy if it has been raining, so pack appropriate footwear. We like to think it’s all part of the adventure! We’re always happy to answer any questions you have on specific accessibility requirements so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

          Water Saving

Living remotely and in an eco-friendly way means using alternative methods of waste disposal and water saving. Please make every effort to reduce your electricity & water usage. While your Tiny House Parcel relies on rain to supply the water and the sun to generate electricity, we always ensure batteries are fully charged and water tanks are full before your arrival.

          Non-drinkable water

Please note that the water is non-drinkable.

We deliver 3 liters of drinkable water for you, please make sure to organise yourself before your arrival if you need more.

You can use the water for showering and washing dishes.

Remember that you are on an active farmer's land

As you know, the Tiny House is settled on a farmer's land, therefore you could have tractors, or noises due to vineyard maintenance. The farmers will make sure to minimize the noise as much as possible, but please make sure to keep it in mind.

          What is the check-out procedure?

We know the hardest part of an escape is often the thought of returning to the real world, so to help with this transition we want to make your check-out experience as seamless as possible.

          • Check-out time is 11am.
          • After shedding a farewell tear, give the Tiny House a final check to ensure you’re leaving it in the exact same condition you found it. This helps us get the Parcel ready as quickly as possible so it’s available to welcome the next likeminded visitor looking for a unique escape.
          • Place the front door key back in the box you found it and you’re done. Easy!

          Wine & Snacks

To make things as seamless as possible for your private getaway, we’ve given you the option of purchasing wine or nibbles which can be added to your booking at time of purchase. These will be available for you on arrival in your Tiny House.

If you’re not ready to order at time of booking, or perhaps you want to add more to your order later, drop us an email at [email] with your booking number and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I book a single night

          What is the check-in procedure?

Your getaway is approaching and you’re ready to unwind. What happens now? Approximately a week before your arrival, you will receive an email with a private code to access the front door key from a secure box. The key to the door of your Tiny House Parcel will be available from 3pm onwards. Open the door, switch off your phone - it’s time to relax! If you have any problems along the way, feel free to contact the landlord. You can find their details in the booking email or in the Tiny House itself if you’re already there.

          What about the wilderness?

Ok, France isn’t Australia but you may find some wild animals in the area such as wild pigs, ducks, snakes and other local wildlife. These may be scary to some people, but the important thing to remember is to stay calm and don’t panic. They aren't there to hurt you and are simply wandering around their own home which you’re visiting. Make sure to lock your Tiny House properly while walking around outside, and it’s a good idea to take some mosquito repellent with you. After all, it’s called nature ;)

          Is there WIFI?

No, we have done you a favour. You’ll thank us later.
