The present conditions govern the contractual relations relating to the sale of individual stays between the company Parcel and its clients, in the Tiny Houses Parcel, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 211-1 and following of the French Tourism Code. They regulate all the steps necessary for the booking and payment of stays, and regulate all their follow-up between the contracting parties. Any other document than the present general terms and conditions of sale and in particular prospectuses, advertisements, catalogues, is only informative and indicative.
To validate your stay, please make the full payment for your stay on www.parceltinyhouse.com. The amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full at the time of booking.
You have 7 days from the date of booking to cancel your purchase. This period does not apply to last minute bookings, i.e. bookings made within 15 days of the date of purchase. In the event of cancellation, we will charge an administration fee of 5% of the booking amount.
We only accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa and American Express on our website www.parceltinyhouse.com
Can't make it? Before cancelling your stay, we offer you the possibility to postpone it.
We will change the dates of your stay, subject to availability, free of charge, 15 days before your arrival.
If no other date corresponds to you and you really wish to cancel your stay, please send us your request by e-mail to contact@parceltinyhouse.com including your reservation number.
More than 15 days before your arrival: we will refund you free of charge
Between 7 and 15 days before your arrival: we will refund 50% of your reservation
Less than 7 days before your arrival: non-refundable
No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused nights. Please note that we cannot cancel or postpone your stay due to inclement weather.
The owner will do his best to ensure that the cabin is available as booked. However, the owner reserves the right to change the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must make a reservation via the website www.parceltinyhouse.com. Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable and cannot be used by a third party.
The number of persons mentioned in our rates per accommodation is the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It may not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The prices displayed on the website and on the social networks include taxes. Only the rates on our website are valid. The tourist tax is to be added to the displayed price.
It is possible to come with one or two children in several of our destinations that you will find here. A single bed will be available in the Tiny House. A baby bed (up to 3 years old) can be provided at the Ferme de Garance, at the Ferme de Kerbastard and in Champagne.
Our friends the dogs are allowed in several of our destinations that you will find here. 1 dog without weight limit or 2 dogs of 10kg max per Tiny. A supplement of 25€ per stay is applied. We ask the owners to respect the rules of cleanliness inside and outside the hut. The owners will be held responsible in case of incident with the farm animals, please keep an eye on your doggie in the heart of the farm. An additional cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged if the condition of the Tiny House is damaged by your animals.
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the Tiny House. Parcel declines all responsibility for theft or damage to personal items in the accommodation or on the surrounding private property.
For everyone's well-being, smoking is not allowed inside the tiny house. You may smoke outside, but please make sure to use the ashtray provided. Alcohol must be consumed in moderation.
It is strictly forbidden to camp or light a fire on the property adjacent to the Tiny House
Your stay is on a private estate, so it is important to respect the peace and quiet of the area by minimising your noise level.
On the day of your arrival, from 3pm you can collect the keys from the key box on the tiny house and enjoy your stay as soon as possible. On the day of your departure, the Tiny House must be vacated before 11am. You are requested to leave the place as clean as possible and to return the keys in the key box.
In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Bordeaux is recognised. By accepting these general conditions of sale, I accept the risks associated with living in the heart of nature and its hazards: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the tiny houses.
