The present conditions govern the contractual relations relating to the sale of individual stays between the company Parcel and its customers, in the Tiny House Parcel, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 211-1 and following of the Code of Tourism. They regulate all the steps necessary for the reservation and payment of the stays, and regulate all their follow-up between the contracting parties. Any other document than the present general conditions of sale and in particular the prospectuses, advertisements, catalogs, has only an informative and indicative value.

1. Regulations

To validate your stay, please make the whole payment of your stay on www.parceltinyhouse.com. The amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full upon reservation.

2. Withdrawal

You have a legal period of 7 days following the date of the reservation to cancel your purchase. This period does not apply to last minute reservations, i.e. for a stay taking place within 15 days of the purchase date. In case of cancellation, we will charge an administration fee equivalent to 5% of the reservation amount.

3. Means of payment accepted

We only accept credit card payments: Mastercard, Visa and American Express on our website www.parceltinyhouse.com

4. Modification or cancellation

Can't make it? Before cancelling your stay, we offer you the possibility to postpone it.
We will modify your stay dates, according to availability, without charge, 15 days before your arrival.

If no other date corresponds to you and you really want to cancel your stay, please send us your request by e-mail to [email protected] including your reservation number.

More than 15 days before your arrival: we will refund you free of charge
Between 7 and 15 days before your arrival: we refund 50% of your reservation
Less than 7 days before your arrival: non-refundable

No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused nights. Please note that we cannot cancel or postpone your stay due to bad weather.

The owner will make every effort to ensure that the cabin is available as booked. However, the owner reserves the right to change the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Purchase and reservation with a gift voucher

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Reservations must be made via www.parceltinyhouse.com. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be used by a third party. Please note:gift cards are valid for a minimum stay of two nights, and current booking conditions apply to bookings with gift vouchers.

6. Capacity

The number of persons mentioned in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.

7. Rates

The rates displayed on the website and on social networks include taxes. Only the rates on our website are valid. The visitor's tax is to be added to the displayed price.

8. Minors

It is possible to come with one or two children in several of our destinations that you will find here. A single bed will be available in the Tiny House. A baby bed (up to 3 years old) can be provided at the Ferme de Garance, at the Ferme de Kerbastard and in Champagne.

9. Animals

Our friends the dogs are allowed in several of our destinations that you will find here. 1 dog without weight limit or 2 dogs of 10kg max per Tiny. A supplement of 25€ per stay is applied. We ask the owners to respect the rules of cleanliness inside and outside the hut. The owners will be held responsible in case of incident with the farm animals, please keep an eye on your doggie in the heart of the farm. An additional cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged if the condition of the Tiny House is damaged by your animals.

10. Valuable items

We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the Tiny House. Parcel is not responsible for theft or damage to personal items in the accommodation or on the surrounding private property.

11. Alcohol and cigarette consumption

For the well-being of all, smoking is not allowed inside the tiny house. You may smoke outside, but be sure to use the ashtray provided. Alcohol consumption must be done in moderation.

12. Camping, fire and barbecue

It is strictly forbidden to camp or light a fire on the property adjacent to the Tiny House

13. Noise pollution

Your stay is on a private estate, so it is important to respect the peace and quiet of the place by minimizing your noise level.

14. Arrivals and departures

On the day of your arrival, from 3pm, you can collect the keys from the key box on the tiny house and enjoy your stay as soon as possible. On the day of your departure, the Tiny House must be vacated by 11am. You are asked to leave the place as you found it. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for any damage to or loss of equipment, or for returning the Tiny House in an excessively dirty state, requiring intensive cleaning. Please also return the keys to the key box.

15. Litigation

In case of dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Bordeaux is recognized. By accepting these general conditions of sale, I accept the risks linked to living in the heart of nature and its hazards: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the tiny houses.
